货币会议纪要前夕 现货黄金窄幅整理
现货黄金截止至2019年02月19日14：00收盘于1602.9美元/盎司，现货黄金昨日美盘开盘后自1586.2美元/盎司一线开始迅速走高，最高一度触碰1604.9美元/盎司一线，虽后半夜没有进一步动作，但今日亚盘开盘后，价格整体依然保持在1600美元/盎司一线上方运行，主要波动区间为1600-1605，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1604美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡走高，报18.27美元/盎司。
英国预算案或成关键：目前市场并不看好欧盟与英国即将进行的贸易谈判能达成妥协，所以英国3月11日公布的预算案将成为关键因素，市场认为约翰逊在此次预算案中存在放大招的可能，如非常激进的撒钱减税政策、进一步降低住房印花税、叫停豪宅税、增加基建开支、新建自由港等。
货币政策会议纪要即将公布：北京时间2月20日03:00美联储将公布1月货币政策会议纪要。市场预计在本次纪要当中不会包含有关近期前景的任何重大变化。受目前低利率环境影响，市场也不看好鲍威尔有太大的回旋余地，但可能会透露美联储对于正在进行的政策评估的最新讨论内容。
