美国1月制造业数据好于预期，金价短线下挫

2月3日，美国公布了市场重点关注的1月份ISM制造业数据，而数据的结果好于市场预期，对美元产生了较为明显的提振，而现货黄金也出现的下行，短线下挫6美元。
与美国ISM制造业数据同时公布的还有美国营建支出数据，具体数据显示，美国12月营建支出月率实际公布-0.20%，预期0.5%，前值0.6%。
美国12月营建支出意外下滑，为自6月以来首度下降，主要因私营及公共项目的投资双双减少。2019年全年，美国营建支出减少0.3%，为自2011年以来首度下降。受非居住性营建支出下降的拖累，12月私人营建项目支出减少0.1%，刷新2018年11月以来最低水平。受贸易紧张态势及能源产品价格下降的影响，美国制造业低迷，私人非住宅营建支出受到抑制。
对于ISM制造业数据，本次美国ISM制造业PMI创2019年7月以来新高。美国制造业新订单指数创2019年5月以来新高。当地时间1月30日，美国商务部长威尔伯·罗斯接受了福克斯商业频道主持人的采访。
罗斯表示，我并不想就疫情谈论过多，美国企业需要重新审视全球供应链，去年中国遭受了非洲猪瘟，现在又爆发了新型冠状病毒，这是一个不可忽视的风险因素。因此，罗斯认为中国的疫情将在一定程度上加速制造业回流美国。
分析指出，通用汽车罢工，波音等事件仍然给美国制造业带来冲击。通用汽车罢工案只是美国传统制造业困境的一个缩影，波音737MAX危机则显示美国在高端制造业方面也面临一定考验。美国制造业欲振乏力，面临内外挑战，对美国经济的贡献度也明显下降。
过去三年，美国政府呼吁大力重振美国制造业，不仅通过增加税收优惠等措施吸引美国企业海外制造回流，也对美国当前已处于优势地位的高端制造业加强了保护。但截至目前美国制造业振兴效果却并不显著，甚至成为美国经济的拖累。
不过更多的分析人士认为，美国制造业陷入温和衰退且短期内复苏可能性都甚微。未来数月，制造业疲软将拖累就业增长和资本支出。有分析认为，美国制造业有可能正在触底，2020年有望出现增长。
