美元高位震荡 黄金稍有反弹
现货黄金截止至11月14日14：00开盘于1465.6美元/盎司，早间黄金亚盘开盘整体维持1467-1460区间内震荡盘整，并未有进一步的反弹行情或下跌行情出现，整体亚盘时段并未有太大波动呈现。
鲍威尔暗示暂缓降息： 美联储主席鲍威尔表示，通胀上升，薪资上涨；与过去相比，美联储没有降息空间。不过鲍威尔拒绝是否就在2020年将政策维持不变进行置评，此前美联储主席鲍威尔对于此前特朗普寻求的负利率的观点进行了驳斥。他告诉国会，特朗普所寻求的负利率并不适合美国经济，目前美国经济持续增长、劳动力市场强劲且通胀稳定。
API原油库存减少：周三凌晨，美国石油协会(API)公布的数据显示，美国截至11月8日当周API原油库存减少54.1万桶，预期增加160万桶。此外，汽油库存增加226万桶，精炼油库存增加88.7万桶。OPEC称，没有看到全球经济衰退的迹象，美国页岩油产量在2020年的增幅可能远低于预期；OPEC秘书长巴尔金都表示，全球经济基本面依然强劲，他仍相信全球两大经济体将达成贸易协议。
