美联储降息持续发酵 黄金多头再度围攻
现货黄金截止至2019年10月31日14：00收盘于1498.1美元/盎司，在昨日金价两度向下冲击，并于1480美元/盎司一线位置大幅反弹后，目前有站稳1490美元/盎司一线上方迹象，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1498美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.93美元/盎司。
日银如期维稳：周四日本央行公布利率决议，维持利率和10年期国债收益率目标在约0%不变，同时引入新的前瞻指引。同时发表经济展望报告中，日本央行下调2019至2021三个财年GDP增长预期，并进一步下调通胀预期。数据公布后，美元兑日元短线微跌13点，报108.61，日内跌幅0.21%，逼近日内低点。
英镑站稳1.29大关：10月31日亚洲时段受益于美联储立场不及预期鹰派，美元指数创一周新低，提振非美货币普涨。欧元兑美元创八日新高，英镑兑美元创一周新高，站稳1.29大关，对英镑来说，很难再看到无协议脱欧的灾难性结果，此外，投资者对未来英国大选充满期待，如果首相约翰逊获胜，他可以在没有太多问题的情况下实施他的脱欧协议。。
