美联储如料降息 黄金探底回升
现货黄金截止至2019年10月31日3：00收盘于1489.7美元/盎司，今日凌晨2点美联储宣布年内第三次降息幅度为25个基点，并暗示除非经济形势恶化，否则不会进一步降息，短时间内金价出现大幅度跳水行情，一度下挫13美元至1481美元/盎司一线位置，但在美联储主席鲍威尔讲话后金价大幅反弹，目前金价已经重新反弹1490美元/盎司一线上方，并有冲击1500美元/盎司整数关口迹象，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1499美元/盎司附近。现货白银震荡，报17.76美元/盎司。
年内第三次降息25个基点：美联储北京时间10月31日凌晨宣布进行年内第三次降息，以在世界其他地区经济放缓之际，帮助维持美国的经济增长。不过，美联储暗示，除非经济形势恶化，否则不会进一步降息。金价在美联储决议公布后，由升转跌，不过鲍威尔讲话后，金价大幅回升，一度刷新日高至1496.68美元/盎司。
日银决议料按兵不动：日内日本央行将公布利率决议，同时还将召开发布会并发表经济展望报告。市场普遍预期日本央行将按兵不动，因国际贸易局势改善、日元走软以及近期日本内需仍相对强劲。但是考虑到日本通胀依旧疲软，同时因消费税上调对于经济的负面影响还未完全显现出来，日本经济下行风险依旧明显，这可能会使得日本央行维持鸽派的论调，美元兑日元或冲击110关口。
