金价相对低位震荡 市场静待美联储
国际现货黄金截止至2019年10月30日14:00报1487.7美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1489.3美元/盎司，金价昨晚继续下探但跌幅有限，目前位于1490附近徘徊。现货白银报17.77美元/盎司，白银保持震荡修正。
静待美联储公布：美联储将于10月31日凌晨02:00公布利率决议，投资者预期降息25个基点的可能性为94%，与美联储在今年7月和9的月降息幅度一致。随后02:30，美联储主席鲍威尔召开新闻发布会。如果鲍威尔强调全球经济成长放缓，市场会认为利率可能进一步下调，从而提振金价。
PCE与GDP公布：日内关注美国三季度GDP数据，目前市场的预估仅为1.6%，低于前值2%。同时美国第三季度消费者支出年化季率初值预计从4.6%下调至2.6%。如果数据符合预期甚至不及预期，可能会强化市场对于美国经济放缓的忧虑，这可能会在美联储决议前给黄金提供部分短线交易机会。
