脱欧计划落空 黄金低位反弹
现货黄金截止至2019年10月23日14：00收盘于1489.1美元/盎司，昨日金价两度向下冲击，但1480美元/盎司一线位置支撑效果异常强劲，金价低点抬高且接连出现大幅反弹，目前有重新站上1490美元/盎司一线上方迹象，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1490美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.52美元/盎司。
约翰逊脱欧计划落空：在经历两轮投票后，虽然鲍里斯·约翰逊“脱欧”协议“二读”通过了议会投票，但是其为时三天的“脱欧”立法时间表却被否决，这意味着10月31日英国“脱欧”的计划落空，英国议会力推延迟脱欧，首相约翰逊开始着眼大选，避险日元再获吸引，触及六日新高。。
美原油产量增加打压油价：美国能源情报署周二表示，随着美国原油产量和出口量的增长，美国向世界各地出售原油的目的地数量已经超过了进口原油的国家数量。周二受OPEC+或许会在12月大会上讨论延长减产时间或加大减产力度等消息的影响，油价走高。
