美报复措施将生效 现货黄金强势震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年10月15日14：00收盘于1491.1美元/盎司，昨日金价低位震荡反弹并重新回到1490美元/盎司一线上方，1497美元/盎司一线位置压力效果良好，金价今日亚盘回落经过一段时间震荡过程后再度小幅反弹，但截止至目前依旧未能取得有效突破，价格重新回归震荡，现阶段现货黄金交投于1490美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.61美元/盎司。
欧美关税战打响：美国10月9日宣布对价值数十亿美元的欧盟输美商品加征关税。对此欧盟向美国发出了最后的呼吁，希望不要就空中客车非法补贴加征报复性关税，警告称双方经济可能因此受到损害，并再次呼吁通过协商达成解决方案。WTO允许特朗普对每年最高75亿美元的欧洲产品征收关税，以报复政府对空中客车的非法补贴行为。这是WTO历史上做出的金额最大的一笔判罚。
油市波动或加剧：受沙特油田遇袭影响，9月OPEC减产合规度达到惊人的200%。但是这并不意味着油价走高，因目前全球经济前景和国际贸易局势仍主导油价走势。基于此，OPEC仍倾向于维持减产甚至不排除在12月会议上进一步减产。
