美元陷入震荡 黄金高位盘整
现货黄金截止至8月9日14：00开盘于1506.7美元/盎司，昨日黄金凌晨时段再度迎小幅上涨行情，短时间内从1494美元/盎司附近位置起涨，但最终未能有效突破前高1510美元/盎司高点，早间亚盘时段黄金持续在高点位置维持震荡盘整走势，整体行情区间为1510-1499美元/盎司，。
新任首相或遭受不信任投票：英国财政大臣哈蒙德表示，他不排除投票英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊的不信任票动议，该动议旨在推翻英国政府，阻止不达成协议的英国退欧他补充说，他将“尽我所能”确保议会阻止一项不达成协议的英国脱欧。英国预算责任办公室发布的一份报告显示，如果不达成脱欧协议，英国经济明年将陷入衰退，GDP将下降2个百分点。哈蒙德在报告发表后表示，实际影响可能要大得多。
意大利政府迎危机：周四晚间，两名副总理之一的萨尔维尼实际上叫停了意大利联合政府，促使总理启动了一个可能导致提前选举的进程。在向媒体发表的一份声明中，萨尔维尼表示，这个政府不再拥有多数支持，这一点从昨天的参议院投中可以明显看出。萨尔维尼指的是周三的议会投票，当时他的极右翼联盟与主要反对党一起投票，否决了五星运动阻止都灵和里昂之间高铁的动议。
