美元回落至低位 亚盘黄金继续走弱
现货黄金截止至2019年4月15日14：00收盘于1288美元/盎司，早间黄金亚盘开市后承接上周最后收盘的回落走势继续下行，并且下破1290美元/盎司支撑位置，最低到达下方1286美元/盎司后止跌稍有反弹，亚盘整体走势较为疲弱。
全球经济增速放缓：国际货币与金融委员会第39届部长级会议当天在华盛顿结束后，IMF发布的公报称，全球经济增速放缓，风险依然偏于下行；公报指出，自由、公平、互惠的货物和服务贸易及投资是经济增长和创造就业的主要引擎；为此，需要化解贸易矛盾，支持世界贸易组织实施必要改革，以改进其运作。
日本大臣计划提高消费税：日本财务大臣麻生太郎在向国际货币基金组织指导委员会提交的一份声明中说：“今年10月，我们将把消费税从8%提高到10%。”他表示，通过此次上调税率，我们不仅将实现中长期财政整固，还将实现包容性增长”，其中部分收入将用于提供免费的幼儿教育。
