金价再创新高，特朗普制裁伊朗

4月9日，现货黄金再创新高，因美国近期公布的经济数据较为疲弱，美元继续承压，而美联储增持债券的呼声高涨。醋五美国将伊朗武装力量列入恐怖组织名单，同时英国脱欧僵局尚未缓解，都在提振了市场避险情绪。
分析师表示：“上周末，美元的上行力道开始减退，并有可能进一步回落。美债收益率最近的一波反弹并未给美元带来多少提振，因从绝对值角度看，它们仍处在低位。”
10年期美债收益率隔夜收报2.522%。虽然较3月末触及的15个月低点2.338%已明显走强，但仍远低于3月初触及的近期高位2.765%。
美国总统特朗普上周呼吁美联储开始重新增持应对危机的债券。他或许可以如愿——尽管不是出于他所希望的原因。
随着美联储朝着货币政策正常化迈进，该央行一直在削减持债规模。但美联储将在今年稍晚停止缩表，其持有的债券规模将停留在逾3.5万亿美元。
美联储决策官员称，不久之后，美联储将考虑何时开始重新增持债券。这次增持的目标可能不是为了刺激经济，而是为了让银行系统有充足的资金以便于美联储管理利率。
美国总统特朗普周二表示将把伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队(IRGC)列为恐怖组织，这一史无前例的举措遭到伊朗的谴责，并引发对美军会遭到报复性袭击的担忧。
特朗普此举标志着美国首次将一个国家的武装力量列为恐怖组织。特朗普对伊朗一直采取强硬政策路线，包括退出2015年签署的伊核协议并重启对该国的全面经济制裁。
按照美国另一项制裁计划——全球恐怖分子特别认定名单的指认，美国法律已经可以判处与IRGC打交道的美国人最高入狱20年。因此特朗普的这个决定只具象征意义，对提振市场避险情绪的作用相对有限。
英国首相发言人周三表示，首相特雷莎·梅与的德国总理默克尔讨论了延迟脱欧到6月30日的选项，并一致同意有序脱欧的重要性。
英国退出欧盟的最后期限已从原定的3月29日延迟到本周五(4月12日)，但特雷莎·梅已致电欧盟领导人，希望在周三欧盟峰会召开前，为再一次推迟脱欧期限做铺垫。
英国国内在脱欧问题上陷入僵局，一方面要避免极其具有破坏性的无协议脱欧，另一方面又要为英国争取到尽可能多的利益，特雷莎·梅无论在保守党内，还是面对反对党工党和欧盟方面，都表现出不同程度的无奈。英镑近期日线图上频频出现上、下引线，反映了市场对英国脱欧协商的紧张情绪，这也间接推升了金价。a
