欧洲央行鸽声大作，黄金迎来小高潮

4月10日，美元指数创下高点，现货黄金则创先今日高位，美国CPI数据好坏参半，美元波动有限。而欧洲央行发出鸽声提振美元，市场聚焦美联储3月货币会议。欧元再度下跌，并表示有必要就维持充分的货币宽松政策。
欧洲央行表示只要有必要，就可以维持有利的流动性条件和充分的宽松货币政策。随后德拉基讲话表示，需要足够程度的刺激，必要的宽松仍有必要，欧洲央行将考虑是否需要缓和负利率。再度鸽派的言论令欧元进一步下挫。欧元区经济面临进一步下行压力，且美国与欧盟之间的贸易关系突然紧张起来，进一步加深了全球在贸易方面的潜在风险。
欧洲央行行长德拉基：如有必要，欧洲央行已准备调整所有的工具，关于定向长期再融资(TLTRO)-3的细节将在未来进行沟通，同样还将考虑是否需要保留负利率，影响经济增长的国内因素已经开始消退，一些抑制增长的因素正在消退，全球的逆风给经济发展带来压力，就业和工资增长支撑经济，目前的经济数据都很疲软，即将公布的数据依然疲弱，尤其是制造业数据。
美国3月季调后CPI月率录得一年多来最高水平，但在国内外经济增长放缓的背景下，潜在通胀仍保持温和。美国劳工部表示，受食品、汽油和房租价格上涨的推动，3月CPI上涨了0.4%；截至本月的12个月内，CPI累计上涨了1.9%。此外，二手汽车和卡车价格、机票和机动车辆保险价格均有所下降。
美联储3月意外维持利率不变，超鸽立场震惊市场。机构分析认为，3月会议纪要有助投资者了解背后的原因，以及美联储鸽意到底有多浓。道明预测，若纪要进一步表明美联储的鸽派立场，金价将站稳1300美元关口，有望跳涨至1320美元；
金价不可能一次性就突破重要的1350美元/盎司阻力，不过目前来看，1300周五的水平都是安全的，市场在等待着美元走弱；
黄金市场需要多次尝试才能受到美国名义利率和实际利率下降的推动；目前美元的表现仍然是黄金承压的一大原因。美联储变得更为鸽派并没有为美元带来太大影响，而全球贸易风险仍然很高，再加上英国脱欧等地缘政治风险下，美元继续被视为避险资产。
