脱欧协议再遭否决，现货黄金趁机反弹
现货黄金截止至3月13日3：00收盘于1301.7美元/盎司，金价昨日整体以震荡反弹走势为主，其中欧盘和美盘前段时间金价偏向震荡调整，涨幅主要集中在亚盘及美盘后半夜时段，现阶段交投于1303美元/盎司一线。现货白银反弹，报15.44美元/盎司。
英国议会否决修订后脱欧协议:周三凌晨英国首相特雷莎·梅在与保守党议员的非公开会议上提交了其修改后的脱欧计划，试图争取脱欧派议员的支持，但她很快遭受了三重打击。首先总检察长针对协议条款发布了新的法律意见，警告称按照所谓的爱尔兰边界后备方案，仍存在着英国受困于欧盟海关机制的风险。经过法律专家小组彻夜的详细研究之后，保守党支持英国脱欧的欧洲研究小组敦促保守党不要支持新脱欧协议，就连支持特雷莎梅政府的民主统一党也批评了她的最新计划。议会投票的最终结果是391票反对，242票赞成。
CPI涨幅创近两年半最低: 3月12日公布报告显示，美国2月CPI四个月来首次上涨，但涨幅不大，为近两年半来的最小同比涨幅。上月核心通胀温和，加之经济增长放缓，支持美联储今年进一步加息时保持“耐心”的立场。美元兑一篮子货币下滑，美元指数连续三日收跌，徘徊97关口下方。3月13日晚间20:30，美国将公布2月PPI年率及2月核心PPI年率，料引发汇市短线波动。
