美元指数反弹 黄金放缓涨势
国际现货黄金截止至2019年2月8日14:00报1309.5美元/盎司，昨日晚间金价自1306美元/盎司低位反弹以来，一直维持高位区间1308-1311窄幅震荡，并伴随微幅下行，有延续此前震荡下行趋势的迹象。现货白银震荡，报15.66美元/盎司。
卡普兰重申应暂停升息：达拉斯联储主席卡普兰周四表示，减税和政府支出法案的财政刺激举措对经济的影响开始减弱，此前一系列加息的滞后效应在美国经济的影响尚未完全显现，这是他提倡美联储目前暂停加息的两个原因，认为全球经济增长放缓可能会波及美国经济，金融环境较六个月前收紧，以及去年的减税措施未如预期那样提高生产率，这些因素支持他对今年美国经济增幅仅为2%的观点。
原油反弹或已终结：2月8日国际油价继续承压下行。隔夜油价大跌约2%，受累于市场担心中美贸易摩擦打压需求。此外沙特穷尽所能减产，美国国会可能指控OPEC存在垄断行为，市场还预期，产油国可能不会再严格遵守去年达成的减产协议，12月底开启的反弹走势可能已经终结。
