国际现货黄金截止至2018年11月21日14:00报1221.2美元/盎司，最高价为1222.2美元/盎司，最低价为1219.6美元/盎司，亚盘时段金价波动极小。现货白银报14.31美元/盎司，白银维持低位修正。
英国无协议脱欧风险提升：英镑兑美元终结此前两个交易日的反弹之势，因美元回升及英国无协议脱欧风险提升，卡尼表示无协议脱欧的风险高到让人不安，霍尔丹也指出，无协议脱欧将立即对供应造成冲击，脱欧协议无法在议会通过的可能性越来越高，脱欧谈判的时间也即将不足。
油价整体依旧较为弱势：原油总体呈下行走势，因全球经济放缓或对原油需求产生负面影响，同时俄罗斯在减产问题上似乎与OPEC步调不一致，令市场质疑该国减产的决心，这使得油价承压明显。在12月6日的OPEC会议前，油价恐怕仍不容乐观。
