脱欧疑云打压英镑 黄金新一周继续承压
截止至今日北京时间14:00，国际现货黄金价格为1208.3美元/盎司，日内高点1211.3美元/盎司，低点为1207.8美元/盎司附近；现货白银震荡反弹，报14.16美元/盎司。
英镑再创一周半新低：11月12日，午后受累于美指走强，英镑兑美元短线下挫近40点，失守1.2900整数关卡。早盘由于四位英国内阁大臣或提请辞职等消息，英镑兑美元跳空低开近50点。由于投资者还未看到英国有序脱欧的计划，爱尔兰边境问题始终未拿出有效解决方案，政治经济不确定因素拖累英镑走势。
Opec有望再减产：OPEC监管委员会表示，随着全球不断增长的原油产量超过了不稳定的需求，2019年石油市场似乎将陷入供应过剩的局面，包括OPEC和俄罗斯在内的大约24个石油出口国可能不得不启动新一轮减产。市场受这一消息提振信心，周一油价出现跳空高开。
