英国无协议脱欧可能性不大：英国财政大臣哈蒙德：无协议脱欧可能性不大，但并非完全不可能；需要继续为各种可能的脱欧结果做准备；必须听取国际货币基金组织关于无协议脱欧的明确警告；英国经济处于关键时刻，在英国脱欧谈判的最后阶段，决不能将其置于风险之中。
美国与加拿大持续谈判：周一加拿大外长弗里兰表示，本周将前往华盛顿，开始新的北美自由贸易协定谈判。已与美国贸易代表进行了会谈，本周北美自由贸易协定谈判的确切日期尚未确定。上周五与乳业代表进行了长足有效的对话，重申不会公开北美自由贸易协定的谈判内容。
