两大分歧左右美加谈判 原油受提振创八
现货黄金市场2018年9月3日1点整收盘于每盎司1201.1美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，下跌8.1美元，现货白银震荡，报14.49美元/盎司。
制裁助推布油创八周新高：9月3日盘中布伦特11月原油期货盘中一度涨逾1%，刷新日内高点至78.44美元/桶，创7月10日以来新高。此前外媒报道，伊朗8月原油出口量大约为6400万桶，平均出口量为206万桶/日，较今年4月高峰平均日出口量下滑近100万桶；同时美国原油库存连续二周下降对油价也有支撑。不过8月OPEC原油产量升至年内最高，伊朗形成的供应冲击力度还不够，油价后期涨幅或将有限。
美加谈判能否妥协仍存变数：美国和加拿大8月31日未能在美国政府设定的期限前就更新北美自贸协定达成协议，双方同意将于9月5日继续谈判。加拿大外长弗里兰上周在华盛顿与美方官员结束会谈后表示，如果各方在谈判中能够释放足够的诚意和灵活性，加拿大相信能够达成一个美加墨三方共赢的协议。但特朗普9月1日在社交媒体推特上再次对加拿大施压，称如果无法达成对美国“公平的协议”，“在政治上没必要”将加拿大留在新的北美自贸协定中。他还敦促美国国会不要干涉贸易谈判。
