美加谈判陷入卡壳状态，美元走向难明

美元兑加元快速上行至1.3050上方，美国和加拿大仍在就北美自由贸易协定(NAFTA)关键问题进行谈判，不过加拿大政府官员据称对在周五达成北美自由贸易协定表示怀疑，削弱了此前市场对相关谈判的乐观情绪，若无法达成最终协议，加元多头恐遭暴击，美元兑加元有望升破1.31。
目前美国和加拿大仍在就北美自由贸易协定关键问题进行谈判，不过最新消息显示，加拿大政府官员据称对在周五达成北美自由贸易协定表示怀疑。美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）发言人则表示，加拿大在NAFTA谈判中未就农业问题作出让步。
加拿大贸易部长称，三国都在努力达成一个正确的协议，而不是随便达成一个协议。如果美国、墨西哥、加拿大无法就北美自贸协定达成最终协议，那么三个国家都将面临风险。
周五加拿大外交部长弗里兰将和美国贸易代表莱特希泽继续就北美自贸协议话题进行谈判，争取在本周五的截止日期前达成协议。
时段内美元兑加元的震荡上行主要受美元买需回升提振，目前看来，贸易谈判的进展将主导加元表现，而经济数据不大可能对汇价产生较大影响。
分析师表示，美国与墨西哥达成贸易协议的消息施压加拿大，加拿大可能被迫做出妥协，从而重新加入北美自由贸易协定谈判，令美、墨、加三国重新达成三边协议。
媒体报道称加拿大准备在NAFTA协议中对乳制品方面条约做出让步，此前美国指责加拿大对美国奶民不公的政策，但加拿大总理杜鲁多似乎不愿在奶制品板块做出妥协。
过去一周加元录得良好涨幅，若加拿大与美国间的贸易协定未能满足此前的乐观预期，加元涨势恐难以为继。
加拿大帝国商业银行(CIBC)表示，隔周四(8月30日)公布的加拿大二季度国内生产总值(GDP)基本符合预期，数据显示，加拿大6月季调后GDP年率上涨2.4%，预期上涨2.3%，前值上涨2.7%。
