鲍威尔转鹰为鸽，黄金可能就此逆转吗

8月27日，现货黄金价格收幅整理，显示金价多空力量正在逆转。因美联储主席鲍威尔在央行年会上支持鸽派离场，并且货币政策倾向中立，同时美国和墨西哥就关键问题达成理解。市场风险偏好有所回升。
上周五(8月24日)在怀俄明州杰克森霍尔(Jackson Hole)举行的会议上，美联储主席鲍威尔强调升息对经济有利，并暗示未来仍会继续升息。
鲍威尔称：“逐步升息是保护美国经济复苏，同时维持就业尽快增长与通胀受控的最佳方式。”尽管美国总统特朗普批评借贷成本上升。
鲍威尔的评论令冒险意愿改善，他的讲话确认了当前的加息步伐，没有改变市场对9月和12月升息的预期，令部分期待更偏鹰派信号的美元多头感到失望。美元指数上周五受此影响下跌逾0.6%。
分析师称：“很明显市场上有部分人押注错误，以为美联储调快加息步伐。显然鲍威尔更青睐于渐进方式，风险偏好回升不利于美元及其避险吸引力。”
尽管鲍威尔表示美国经济大幅增强，他对目前的货币政策步伐相对中性。美债收益率曲线上周五达到2007年以来的最平坦形态。
一名墨西哥官员周一表示，与美国的贸易谈判已经结束，并补充说可能会在当天晚些时候发布公告。该官员称，美国和墨西哥就关键问题达成理解，加拿大现在将重新加入谈判。
墨西哥经济部长瓜哈尔多称，只需解决一个议题即可与美国就北美自由贸易协定（NAFTA）结束对话，达成协议的公告可能已列入议程，但我还需要先结束谈判。
行业消息人士表示，他们已接近同意将汽车业北美自贸区的产值含量门槛要求从目前的62.5%大幅提高至约75%。
这显然进一步增添了市场的正面情绪，但黄金仍面临着强势美元的不利因素，毕竟中美贸易战才是全球贸易纷争的重中之重，而两国之间的最新谈判也尚未取得实质性进展。
