税改法案仍存变数 原油库存大幅减少
现货黄金市场2017年12月20日4点整收盘于每盎司1261.6美元，较前一交易日收盘价相比，微涨0.4美元，现货白银收盘微跌0.02，报16.13美元/盎司。
税改投票因故无效或存变数：周二美国税务改革法案就最终版本在众议院进行投票表决，最终以227对203票通过税改法案，该法案目前转至参议院表决。但在明确宣布之前市场投资者对此仍持谨慎态度，加之市场对税改通过的预期已经消化，导致美元指数并没有因此获得支撑，反而刷新日内新低。此后有外媒报道称，美国参议院预算委员会最高民主党人桑德斯发表声明称，违背参议院规则的税改条款，可能会被剔除、或者需要得到60票才能得到通过。税改议案在参议院生程序性障碍之后，众议院周三(12月20日)需对税改法案重新发起投票。
API原油库存大降520万桶：北京时间12月20日凌晨，美国石油协会(API)公布的数据显示，美国截至12月15日当周API原油库存减少520万桶，超出预期的减少351.8万桶。精炼油库存降幅亦超预期，而汽油库存录得上升，但增幅小于预期。整体API数据表现良好，利好油价。数据公布后，美布两油短线上涨。美油报57.66美元/桶，涨0.77%。布油报63.85美元/桶，涨0.68%。
