谁将接管美联储？加息是否实行
美联储主席耶伦的任期将于2018年2月结束。债券交易员押注，无论谁担任美联储下一届主席，货币政策制定者都不会偏离他们数月以来一直在走的道路。在美国国债市场上，他们当前持有的头寸即便不是多头，也至少是中性。
上周，耶伦或是最后一次以美联储主席的身份在杰克逊霍尔全球央行年会上讲话。市场正在猜测谁将会成为美联储的下一届掌门人。8月18日，市场有传言称，科恩即将辞职。这一消息曾引发美国金融市场的动荡。随后，美国白宫对此事进行了否认。之后，金融市场重新恢复平静。
管理着超过1万亿美元的固定收益类资产的投资机构认为，无论特朗普提名科恩担任美联储下一届主席，还是让耶伦继续担任美联储主席，美联储的政策路径都不太可能发生巨大变化。这是一个漫长的过程：即美联储将会逐步加息，并逐步缩表资产负债表。基于这一观点，这些投资机构做出了一些行动。
分析师表示：“我认为科恩领导下的美联储和耶伦领导下的美联储并不会有巨大的差别。基于这一点，以及美国的经济增长和通胀前景，进入三季度后，加长所持债券的持有期限将成为我们的投资组合所关注的重点。”
众所周知，特朗普在竞选期间，曾在多个场合对耶伦抨击有加，称其维持低利率对奥巴马有利。甚至表示，他更倾向于将美联储现任主席耶伦换掉。这令市场猜测，特朗普将会提名一位更为“鹰派”的美联储主席。然而，鉴于特朗普政府削减税收、增加基础设施支出和刺激出口等的目标，这种做法可能会对他不利。因为更高的借贷成本将会提振美元，从而阻碍特朗普政府的这些财政刺激政策目标的实现。
根据目前有效的联邦基金利率和远期隔夜指数掉期利率，美联储在年底前上调利率的市场隐含概率约为30%。美国联邦基金利率期货尚未充分显示美联储在2018年9月之前再次加息25个基点的概率。
