欧元美元命脉，这三种风险成为最严重影响
欧元兑美元8月28日触及逾一年半新高1.1963，上周五美联储主席耶伦和欧洲央行行长德拉基的讲话给予了欧元提振。而将来袭的三大风险事件，将紧紧撰住欧元兑美元未来命脉。
德拉基上周五表示，欧洲央行超宽松货币政策正在发挥效果，而且欧元区经济复苏已站稳脚跟。欧洲央行8月纪要表达了对强势欧元的担忧，但德拉基讲话并没有涉及到这一点。
美联储主席耶伦并未在讲话中提及货币政策，令那些押注耶伦可能会释放鹰派信号的投资者大失所望，这施压美元。
本周五(9月1日)将公布8月非农数据，如果非农表现强势，尤其是薪资数据回升的话，将打压欧元下行，因薪资若增速加快，将提升通胀上涨的潜力。
欧洲央行在8月决议上称，将在秋季就政策调整作出决定。欧洲央行纪要也显示，有委员建议考虑调整措辞，并对欧元过强风险表示担忧。
澳洲国民银行预计，欧洲央行料在9月货币政策会议上宣布缩减购债，并于12月出炉更多相关细节，并明确指出不愿欧元过度升值。
市场担心如果美国政府不能及时上调债务上限的风险将影响到美联储货币政策。而美联储官员也表达了债务违约忧虑。
达拉斯联储主席卡普兰(Rob Kaplan)在会议间隙接受采访时称，美联储必须密切关注针对政府关门及债务上限的讨论情况。美联储理事鲍威尔(Jerome Powell)在接受电视采访时称，无法上调债务上限将对美国经济造成重大冲击。
另外一个担心的因素是通胀，美联储也表示通胀是影响货币政策不确定性的关键因素。
