一波未平一波又起！美联储再度做出惊人举动
美联储在本周加息之际向外界明确传递了缩表信号，若果真如此则无异于全球“抽水”。过去几次美联储加息周期都引发全球性重大危机，假如这次加上缩表这一“大杀器”，全球市场很可能遭受猛烈的冲击。
分析师撰文称，美联储希望开始缩减资产负债表规模。该联储可能不会马上开始这样做，或者在任何时候逆转这一做法，这些问题在眼下都无关紧要，重要的是美联储正在向外界传递它的想法。
美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)宣布将联邦基金基准利率上调25个基点，至1.00-1.25%，为三个月来第二次加息举措。美联储还发布了首份缩减4.2万亿美元国债和抵押贷款支持债券(MBS)组合计划的明确纲要。
这种情况像极了2013年QE削减：美联储向外界告知，距离开始如此做只有数月时间。美联储当前的缩减资产负债表计划就是同样的事情。
分析师表示：“对于这件事情的想法并不重要，美联储已经决定，是时候减少流动性了。不管数据情况怎样，它都将如此做。美联储是在犯错误，或者‘疯了’，这些都不是我们关心的问题。”
有分析认为，与加息相比，直接回收基础货币的所谓“缩表”将引发更加明显和猛烈的冲击。
