人民币中间价连续三日调升：周三中国人民银行数据显示，人民币兑美元中间价报6.8865元，较上日小幅上调24点，为连续第三日上调，这降低了市场此前对人民币汇率将破7的预期，从而缓解了对人民币持续贬值的担忧，削弱了黄金的避险情绪，进而打压金价。
美股反弹未能带动亚股跟涨：周二美股全线收涨，纳指盘中创新高，曾一度触及5403.86，但表现靓丽的美股未能带动亚股跟涨，周三亚股早盘，涨跌不一，A股跌近1%，香港恒生指数上涨0.19%；日经225指数上涨0.12%；澳大利亚ASX200指数下跌0.49%。A股表现欠佳，打压了市场风险情绪，从而为黄金提供了部分支撑，提振金价小幅反弹。
