明年年底前应加息三次：芝加哥联储主席埃文斯一贯被视为鸽派政策的代表，但他在周一表示，从目前到明年年底，美国加息三次是合适的。强烈的鹰派言论，提升了加息前景，这对美元构成利好，美元兑一篮子货币一度接近9个月高位，这对黄金构成利空，从而使金价承压。
亚股早盘涨跌不一：周二亚股早盘，涨跌不一，中国上证综指早盘下跌0.14%；香港恒生指数下跌0.23%；日经225指数上涨0.29%；韩国KOSPI指数下跌0.69%；澳大利亚ASX 200指数上涨0.69%。股票市场交投谨慎，削弱了市场的风险情绪，从而部分提振黄金。
