银价涨幅收窄，关注美国数据及FED官员讲话
周四(8月18日)欧盘时间银价涨幅收窄，目前涨幅0.31%至19.76美元/盎司。隔夜美联储公布会议纪要，显示官员意见分歧较大，银价盘中大起大落，最终小幅收跌。日内FOMC永久票委杜德利将发表讲话，另有多项美国经济数据公布。
北京时间周四公布的美联储7月会议纪要显示，官员们就经济前景、劳动力市场、是否应尽快加息存在分歧，不过普遍认为通胀无过度走高风险。
在加息问题上，美联储内部意见不统一。7月会议上，美联储分成了三大阵营：认为条件已经成熟可以立刻加息的；认为条件接近成熟，可以尽快加息的；以及认为尚不能加息的。
“美联储通讯社”称，最早可能9月加息，但美联储不会承诺具体时点，直到他们对经济、就业、通胀有更统一的意见。
周四美联储纽约联储主席杜德利(William Dudley)参加一项媒体简报会，讨论区域经济最新情况；美联储旧金山联储主席威廉姆斯(John Williams)就经济前景发表讲话。
周四将公布一系列美国经济数据，包括8月13日当周初请失业金人数、8月费城联储制造业指数、7月谘商会领先指标。尤其是美国初请失业金数据将受到投资者的关注。
