美联储7月货币政策会议记录：升息前需要看到更多数据
美联储在去年12月进行了近十年来首次升息，但之后一直维持利率不变，因金融市场动荡、全球经济成长放缓及美国通胀低迷。
而近来，随着美国就业市场及其他经济数据不断走强，关于美联储加息的预期再度升温。另外，本周稍早，纽约联储总裁杜德利和亚特兰大联储总裁洛克哈特都暗示，年底前可能升息。
本周三，美联储发布了7月货币政策会议记录。记录显示，政策制定者同意升息前需要看到更多数据，尽管部分政策制定者认为可能需要很快收紧政策。
另外，会议记录显示，联储制定利率的联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)委员对美国经济前景和就业市场普遍乐观。
“一些…委员预计经济状况允许很快在撤销宽松政策方面迈出下一步。”美联储在会议记录中表示。
不过多位委员不赞成短期内加息，唯恐未来就业增长步幅放缓。FOMC委员表示，他们希望“维持各种政策选项”。
会议记录发布后，美元逆转升势，尾盘小跌。分析师称，会议记录令原本预计美联储会持有更偏鹰派基调的交易员感到失望。美股则由跌转升，美国公债价格上涨。
