新屋销售靓丽 黄金承压
现货黄金市场2016年7月26日24点整收于每盎司1313.4美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨了5.2美元，涨幅0.39%。现货白银较前一交易日上涨了0.61%，报19.60美元。
美国新屋销售强劲增长：美国商务部周二公布数据显示，美国6月新屋销售年率经季节性调整后为59.2万户，好于预估的56万户，并触及2008年2月以来最高单月水平，5月经修正后为57.2万户，前值为55.1万户。6月新屋销售数据录得强劲增长，暗示美国房地产市场正在健康发展，这利好于美联储加息，从而对黄金构成利空，打压金价。
供应过剩施压美油收跌：因对汽油供应过剩的担忧，盖过美国原油库存预计减少，对油价带来的支撑，美国9月原油期货价格周二收盘下跌1.14%，此外，盘后交易时段公布的API数据显示，原油库存降幅有限，且库欣原油库存大增，令美油延续跌势。原油下跌，对全球通胀水平造成打压，这或将刺激市场的担忧情绪，从而提振黄金的避险需求，利好金价。
