日银并未进一步宽松 日元亚盘全线上涨
周四(6月16日)亚太时段，美元兑日元触及21个月低位103.63，因日本央行（BOJ）未进一步扩大刺激政策，日元受助全线走强。黑田东彦讲话后，汇价再度加剧跌势。
日内日元兑欧元、英镑和澳元也均触及数年高点，因对英国下周公投可能退出欧盟的担忧打压市场冒险意愿，促使投资者买入避险货币日元。
美元兑日元亚盘一度跌至103.98，创下2014年8月以来低位。目前位于104.10附近，日内下跌1.8%。
在美联储（FED）会议之后，美元本已承压。美联储下调经济增长预期，巩固了其下月不会收紧政策的预期。即便美联储依然暗示，计划在年内升息2次。
对于美联储是否会在7月会议上升息，联储主席耶伦含糊其辞。但投资者认为，没有暗示就意味着下个月不会升息。利率期货市场走势实际上显示预计7月不会升息。
日内日本央行宣布维持货币政策不变后，美元兑日元进一步承压而加速下跌。
日本央行利率决议公布后，日元盘中涨势普遍扩大，澳元兑日元在电子交易系统(EBS)也一度跌2.1%至4年低点76.12。
欧元兑日元跌至116.98，为2013年1月以来低位。欧元兑美元则应声上涨0.2%至1.1280附近。
此外，日内英镑兑日元大幅跌至146.82，创2013年8月以来最低水平。
日内日元上涨引发日本当局对日元走强发出口头警告，日本财务省一位高级官员表示，对汇市单边快速波动感到担忧。
在英国下周即将举行脱欧公投之际，日内英镑兑美元下跌0.3%至1.4170附近，周二曾创下2个月低点1.4091。
