全球股市下挫 黄金应声上涨
黄金期货市场2016年3月黄金期价2月24日收于每盎司1229.4美元，比前一交易日上涨了3.4美元，涨幅为0.28%。白银期货较前一交易日下跌了0.39%，报15.24美元。
1月新屋销售意外下滑9.2%：周三，美国商务部数据显示，新屋销售经下降9.2%，共销售49.4万套，不及预期的下降4.4%。这是2009年以来在历年1月出现的最大降幅，同时也创下自去年10月以来最低位。新屋销售意外大跌，显示出当前美国房市低迷，这对美元构成利空，从而部分支撑金价上涨。
全球股市下挫：周三亚欧股市纷纷下挫，美股跌近1%，欧美股指3月期货全线大跌，跌幅在0.8到2.4%之间，标普500 VIX期货指数则飙升逾4%，重返上周五美股盘初以来高位，表明周初急剧降温的市场焦虑情绪重新回升，在股民恐慌和悲观的情绪下，黄金因避险而飙升，并创下2月11日以来新高。
