周四黄金市场大幅走低，美元的上涨使得金价承压跌破1050美元/盎司水平。
因此市场对金价跌破1000美元/盎司的预期再度出现，上一次现货金价在该水平下方还是在2009年10月2日，当时金价触及987美元/盎司。
受此影响，黄金矿企的股票纷纷大幅走低。
日内Anglo Gold Ashanti股票大幅走低8.17%；Barrick股票下跌7.06%；Gold Field股票下跌6.58%；Goldcorp股票下跌6.32%；Kinross股票下跌6.8%；Newmont股票下跌8.02%；Yamana股票下跌6.18%。
