美GDP料增长2% 黄金承压下行

澳洲消费者信心创12月来最低：7月15日，澳洲7月消费者信心指数公布值为92.2，低于前值95.3，连续第二个月下降，媒体称，这可能是受到中国和希腊情况悲观报导的影响，使消费者情绪呈现一定程度的波动。澳洲消费者信心指数下滑，可能会使澳洲的经济复苏进程受到影响，澳元应声下滑，美元兑澳元小有上升，美元间接得益，继而打压黄金走软。
料二季度GDP增长2%：美联储官员乔治，周三在堪萨斯城就经济和货币政策问题，发表讲话称，在经历了第一季度的疲弱之后，美国经济在第二季度已经重回正轨，其并预计美国二季度国内生产总值增速将回升至2%左右。在加息问题上，乔治指出，她认为美联储的加息时间到了，推迟加息或将损及经济，美联储正是因为坐等太久，才在过去犯过错误。从乔治的言论可以看出，她对美联储加息表现出较为乐观的预期，并且表示当前美国经济的发展速度已经满足加息的条件，这或将刺激市场加息乐观情绪升温，使市场更多投资资金流入美元市场，从而使黄金承受重压，增大其下行的风险。
