美元走软 金价小幅收涨
黄金期货市场2015年3月黄金期价2月25日收于每盎司1203.70美元，比前一交易日上涨了2.90美元，涨幅为0.24%。白银期货的收盘价与前一个交易日持平，报16.50美元。
耶伦暗示年中之后升息：耶伦在周三众议院金融服务委员会作证时，并未就美联储升息时间作出过多解释，与周二在参议院金融委员会的证词保持一致，内容并未对美联储货币政策做出过多解释。早前耶伦曾表示，美国通胀率是决定货币政策的关键因素之一，预计通胀率在未来2-3年时间内将升向2%的水平。因美联储主席耶伦暗示并不急于升息，进而推高了市场对美联储可能推迟加息的预期。美元指数走软，推动国际金价上涨，最终小幅收高于1200美元上方。
美1月新屋销售数据超预期：周三，美国商务部公布数据显示，1月新屋销售总数年化48.1万户，高于预期的47万户，12月为48.2万户。1月新屋销售环比跌0.2%，预期为跌2.3%，12月为环比大增8.1%。新屋销售价格中位值环比继续下行，价格创去年9月来新低，不过同比仍大幅增长，增幅为9%。由于美国1月新屋销售数据优于预期，并且持续两个月以来维持在复苏以来的较高水平，表明美国新屋销售市场逐步回暖，继而缩减美元的跌幅，黄金的涨幅因而受限。
