欧盟明年启动EFSI 金价窄幅盘整
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1199.06美元/盎司，最高价为1200美元，最低价为1195.15美元，上涨了2.59美元，涨幅为0.25%。
实物黄金需求有所增长：瑞士海关公布的数据显示，瑞士11月对中国黄金出口量环比下滑18.0%至34.7吨，但对香港特别行政区黄金出口量环比增长约三分之一，对印度出口环比大致持稳于76.969吨。另外，由于节日需求旺季临近，欧洲实物黄金需求大幅增长，瑞士11月黄金进口数额暴增至239.8吨。在当前美联储加息预期浓厚的阴影下，实物黄金总体的需求呈上升之态，能有利于黄金价格的反弹。
欧盟峰会提前结束：欧洲理事会主席图斯克当地时间12月18日晚间在推特上称，欧盟峰会已按时结束了，且12月19日不会重新开会。据称，欧盟峰会祭出了容克制定的巨额经济刺激计划。该计划内容包括向欧盟经济新增投资3150亿欧元，这项投资基金名为“欧洲战略投资基金（EFSI）”，将于明年中期启动。另外，据知情人士透露，德拉基敦促欧洲各国领导人加速新欧盟投资计划的实施，并再次呼吁进行经济改革。届时随着欧版QE的进一步推行，将对欧元构成利空，从而助长美元的走势，对黄金造成打压。
