FED决议在即 金价窄幅盘整
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1197.21美元/盎司，最高价为1199.4美元，最低价为1195.4美元，下跌了0.24美元，跌幅为0.02%。
卢布危机推高避险情绪：油价大跌，俄罗斯卢布大幅贬值，股市暴跌，俄罗斯有陷入债务危机风险，而伊朗，尼日利亚，委内瑞郎面临相同的威胁。即使俄罗斯央行紧急宣布加息650个基点，但效果乏善可陈，截至周二卢布盘中再度暴跌近20%，俄罗斯股市暴跌近19%。市场避险情绪高涨，因全球增长放缓迹象明显，且俄罗斯市场动荡。不过，市场还在关注着俄罗斯的状况，因不排除俄罗斯会动用其黄金储备来干预金融市场，若其大幅抛售黄金，将对金价造成严重的打压。
关注美联储利率决议：美联储将在12月16-17日召开年内最后一次货币政策会议，因美国经济取得了长足的发展，劳动力市场得到相当改善。目前，大多机构预期美联储可能修改前瞻指引，放弃在“相当一段时间内”将利率维持低位的措辞，为明年的加息铺平道路。因此，投资者需要密切关注利率决议的结果和耶伦的讲话，因为这将释放出美联储会否在不远的未来结束“相当长一段时间”零利率的信号，若加息预期提前，将有效提振美元而利空黄金。
