日本11月工业生产下降

周一（12月28日）公布的数据显示，11月日本工业生产三个月来首次下降，表明新兴市场需求疲弱继续压抑日本经济持续复苏的前景。
但制造商预计未来几个月产出增加，给日本央行带来些许宽慰。日本央行在努力刺激经济成长，希望能将通胀提振至2%。
经济产业省数据显示，11月工业生产较前月下降1.0%，市场预估中值为下降0.6%。
政府称，制造业产出上下波动。并维持对工业生产的评估与上月持平。
另有数据显示，11月零售销售同比下降1.0%，市场预估中值为下降0.6%。
第一生命经济研究所经济分析师新家义贵表示：“11月产出数据不太好。我认为产出数据已停止下降，但还不足以称之为反弹。乐观的一面是，制造商对1月的预估上升，且有人预计制造业产出明年年初将有改善。”
分析师预计明年年初制造业产出将逐渐上升，因汽车制造商加大新车型生产，但新兴市场需求疲弱令出口前景暗淡。
接受经济产业省调查的制造业者预计，12月工业生产增加0.9%，1月增加6.0%，表明企业仍对业务前景很有信心。
日本7-9月勉强躲过经济衰退，而由于消费和出口缺乏动力，分析师预计当前季度也仅会实现小幅增长。
为谨防经济增长疲软，日本内阁上周四批准创纪录的2016财年预算案，规模接近8,000亿美元。日本央行12月18日微调刺激计划，旨在确保维持甚至加速印钞以实现通胀目标。
