11月13日晚上发生在法国首都巴黎的血腥大屠杀震惊了全世界，如今欧洲各国才刚刚从震惊世界的巴黎恐袭中回过神来，就又将面临新的威胁。据一挪威媒体报道，IS恐怖组织所训练的专为袭击欧洲的小分队已经部分潜入欧洲，另一部分尚在叙利亚等待完成训练。
据该媒体，消息称第一拨IS恐怖分子已经进入欧洲。IS训练这一秘密小分队旨在对欧洲实施恐怖袭击，最初由300名恐怖分子构成，其中28人已经在叙利亚的爆炸、火拼或因其他原因丧命。Dagbladet被告知剩余的272人已经成功进入欧洲境内。这一潜伏的秘密恐怖分队遵从指示行事低调。
而另一拨IS恐怖分子目前仍留在叙利亚，一直在伊拉克辛贾尔与摩苏尔之间地区的民兵训练营接受训练。这一个小分队包含150名IS恐怖分子，其中112名已经完成训练。大约在2周之前，这112名恐怖分子中一些人从民兵训练营驾驶11辆汽车行往叙利亚东部城市戴尔泽尔。尚不清楚这些汽车是否从土耳其中间商那里购得。
消息称受训袭击欧洲的IS恐怖分子曾在其“首都”拉卡市使用的一个据点。

在今年11月13日的巴黎恐袭中，以上两种方式都有被恐怖分子使用。
挪威警察安全服务部向Dagbladet证实警方也有知晓相关类似信息，但拒绝就具体细节置评，称情报永远具有不确定性，而情报工作很大程度上就是让不确定变得更为确定的过程。
诚然，没有谁能说情报工作无懈可击，但当前欧洲各国人民为潜在的恐怖袭击威胁人心惶惶，防患于未然也未必不是好事。让政府去完成那些监控的工作，毕竟真要等袭击真的发生了，Dagbladet“及时的”警告也没什么意义了。
