耶伦讲话确认加息预期 金银回落调整

尽管上周五(3月27日)公布的美国四季度GDP以及消费者信心数据不佳，但市场对美国经济的乐观情绪依旧打压金价跌至1200美元大关下方。而耶伦的讲话也整体偏向鹰派，使得金价最终收在这个关键心理水平下方。
美国商务部上周五公布，第四季国内生产总值(GDP)终值环比年率成长2.2%，与政府上月公布的估值一致。同时，密歇根大学3月消费者信心指数降至93，低于2月的95.4，再度表明经济扩张势头在第一季持续转为温吞。
美联储主席耶伦(Jannet Yellen)上周五(3月27日)在旧金山的讲话整体偏向鹰派。她认为随着经济持续改善，完全有理由在今年晚些时候开始启动加息。同时，美联储不用等到达成就业和通胀目标之后才开始加息。
耶伦重申，政策收紧的过程可能“加快，放缓，暂停，甚至还可能逆转”，取决于经济和通胀情况。等到通胀率达到2%的目标以后再加息不是一种“审慎”的做法。
耶伦表示，美联储将逐步正常化美联储基金利率，美联储2015年稍晚加息可能会得到保证。未来几年逐步加息是合适的；美联储就业目标上尚有工作要做。美联储加息前必须“合理相信”通胀率会重返2%，收紧步伐可慢可快，可暂停或逆转。”
耶伦还称，部分通胀率疲软现象因油价下跌等一次性因素，若薪酬增长、核心通胀或是通胀预期疲软，将不适合加息。就业市场有了实质性复苏。温和加息使得就业市场进展骤停的可能性极低。就业市场将在未来数月进一步改善持乐观态度。”
