希腊准备没收德国财产 作为二战赔偿

继希腊国防部长威胁要“放恐怖分子进柏林”之后，希腊司法部长Nikos Paraskevopoulos周三表示，已经准备同意希腊高等法院在2000年的诉求——允许没收德国在希资产，以作为二战赔偿。
对此说法，德国财政部发言人Martin Jaeger表示不会协商希腊提出的与纳粹时期相关的任何要求。
由于希腊给出的改革清单未能满足欧盟要求，该国正在面临“弹尽粮绝”的窘境。资金压力之下，希腊高官近期也是“拼了”。
此前希腊国防部长Panos Kammenos扬言，“如果欧盟置我们于危机之中，我们就会用移民冲垮欧盟。一旦希腊3月份财政崩溃，希腊就把出国通行文件交给非法入境移民。倘若在上百万的经济移民大潮中，还有伊斯兰恐怖主义者，那么柏林的情况就会更加糟糕了。”
希腊总理齐普拉斯周二也向希腊议会表示，“在1990年东西德国合并之后，法律和政治情况已经允许德国就战后赔偿做出行动。但是德国政府却选择了沉默、逃避和拖延。”他同时确认，希腊一个特殊议会委员会将重新评估赔偿问题。
据英国《金融时报》，希腊政府正在考虑临时征用该国的社保基金以满足本月国家养老金和公共部门工资的发放。
本月希腊必须偿还15亿欧元IMF[微博]的贷款。希腊有三笔贷款分别于本月13日、16日和20日到期。希腊还需要32亿欧元再融资用于应对到期的短期国债。
周三希腊将与贷款方就获得救助款所需的改革措施进行谈判。谈判旨在进一步了解希腊的需求，以及希方正采取的措施。
不过欧盟委员会发言人已经明确，周三与希腊会谈是技术性的、不公开的。希腊会谈需要冷静、非政治化的氛围。
