美联储官员督促应年中尽早加息

达拉斯联储主席费舍尔(Richard Fisher)周一(3月9日)在其任期最后演讲中表示，美联储(FED)应立即结束其宽松货币政策，推进加息进程，之后进行一连串的逐步加息，而非推后且大幅加息。他并表示，相信美联储主席耶伦(Janet Yellon)会很快加息。
费舍尔对薪资增幅迟滞未予重视，指称那是滞后指标，并称根据当前薪资增长状况考虑政策会让美联储陷入“危险境地”。他并表示随着能源价格企稳，整体通胀将回升。
费舍尔不断要求美联储尽早加息。他在美联储任职10年后，本月将离职。此次演讲为费舍尔在莱斯大学贝克公共政策研究院的创办人系列演说中，以“联储10年回顾”发表演讲。
美联储暗示准备在今年稍晚的时候加息，市场预期的时间框架是6月至9月。费舍尔在讲话准备稿中表示，他宁愿及早和逐步加息，而不是较晚和急剧加息。他称，有人认为美联储可以更急剧地加息，代替较早加息，但是他觉得这样做风险很大。
费舍尔表示，如果美国经济保持目前的增速，失业率将在年底时降至4.5%左右，这将是2007年5月以来的最低失业率水平。
