希腊改革清单获批准打压金价

希腊财政部一名官员周二(2月24日)表示,欧元区财长们已经批准希腊隔夜所提交的改革计划,从而为欧元集团(Eurogroup)将希腊援助计划延长四个月时间扫清道路。由于欧元区集团初步批准希腊的改革清单,打消市场的避险情绪,希腊股市和欧股大涨,令金价于周二欧市午盘时拉大回落空间。
该官员在欧元集团电话会议结束之后指出,欧元区财长们之间的会议结束,并批准了希腊改革计划。
欧元集团主席迪塞尔布洛姆(Jeroen Dijsselbloem)在接受电视台采访时指出,希腊向欧盟(EU)承诺,将维持2012年11月份所达成援助协议的细节性内容,希腊政府建议采取行动来支持税收政策的有效性,并抗击腐败。
迪塞尔布洛姆认为,希腊政府可能在增税的进度上略微显得太过乐观,“我们希望欧元区完好无损,但你得坚持自己的承诺,这对退欧或不退欧的臆测并无影响。危险已经成为明日黄花,我们现在需要进一步摆脱无底洞”。
欧盟委员会(EC)副主席兼斯洛伐克财长Valdis Dombrovskis确认了上述消息,称欧元区财长们一致认为,可以继续推进希腊扩大援助计划的请求,随后将移交至欧元区成员国议会予以批准——“在欧元区电话会议作出如上定论之后,成员国层面审批希腊援助计划的程序可以开始了”,希腊在4月末之前的担子并不轻松,现在一切都让数字来说话了。
欧盟委员会经济事务专员莫斯科维奇(Pierre Moscovici)认为,扩大希腊援助计划成功地避免了迫在眉睫的危机,但这仅仅是启动希腊改革计划细节性谈判的起点而已;希腊提供的改革计划乃非常重要的第一步行动,但这“并不意味着我们批准了那些改革,而是意味着相关行动足以严肃地让人展开进一步讨论”。
莫斯科维奇指出,将在未来数周时间里展开细节性讨论,相关措施需要具体化,提升至司法层面,从而让希腊议会予以审批。
