希腊债务谈判未达成协议

本周三举行的欧元区财政部长会议上，就救助问题希腊左翼政府代表未能与其它国家代表达成一致协议，但称将在下周一的会议上继续对话。
本次会议持续了7个小时，直到布鲁塞尔当地时间周四凌晨才结束，据路透社报道，欧元集团主席迪塞尔布洛姆(Jeroen Dijsselbloem)称，“现在尚无实质性的结论可以分享。问题不在于措辞而在于进展程度。”
他表示，本次会议就延长希腊援助计划进行了讨论。接下来的进程中需要达成政治方面的一致。还将于下周一进行进一步会谈。
不过希腊财政部长、也是本次谈判的希腊代表瓦鲁法基斯(Yanis Varoufakis )稍显乐观，他表示“与欧元集团进行了很好的协商，希望可以在周一达成定论，结束会谈。”
瓦鲁法基斯称，此次会议目的不在于达成协议，仅是一次讨论。对纾困救助并未发挥作用做出了解释。周一若想达成协议，需要做出很多让步。
他还表示，从未受到来自欧盟伙伴国的威胁，但永远不会延续目前的救助计划。
上述消息公布后欧元走低、标普500指数期货涨幅收窄，原油价格回升。
