欧央行购入 意大利抵押债券

据彭博社报道，继启动资产购买项目购买了法国和西班牙的短期贷款抵押债券之后，欧洲央行21日再次进入债市，购买了意大利抵押债券，该行量化宽松（QE）规模正持续扩大。
报道称，欧洲央行购买的抵押债券包括意大利联合圣保罗银行发行的债券。此前，欧洲央行从法国兴业银行[0.10% 资金 研报]和法国巴黎银行购买了短期抵押债券，并从其他银行购买了西班牙抵押债券。
MEAG Munich Ergo资产管理公司高级基金经理理称：“购买资产抵押担保债券是在欧元区实施定量宽松政策、扩大欧洲央行资产负债表规模的好办法。与购买政府债券相比，购买这类债券更加安全且易操作。”
目前，欧洲央行正打出“组合拳”全面推出欧版QE以提振经济，应对通货紧缩。此前，市场传闻欧洲央行将购买企业债券。不过，欧洲央行管理委员会委员委柯恩22日在接受比利时《回声报》采访时表示，“我们尚未认真讨论过这个问题，但部分委员确实提到过。”这一言论令欧元汇率急跌，当日欧元对美元汇率盘中一度跌破1.27关口。
