7月黄金ETP重现流入

就在黄金价格重拾跌势，而高盛和巴克莱集团均在这个时候表示接下来黄金的走势会更糟糕之际，在今年上半年将资金转出黄金交易产品ETP的投资者在7月的时候又将资金重新转回黄金ETP持仓中。
根据统计，截至7月29日，7月流入黄金ETP的资金为5.3681亿美元，增加1%，而今年上半年为净流出3.19亿。本月至今，黄金期货价格下跌1.9%，相比2014年3月份的高点，已经下跌了6.9%。
在有俄罗斯撑腰的乌克兰叛乱以及中东和北非暴力升级后，黄金作为避险资产的吸引力增加。尽管黄金今年迄今为止表现好于股市和债券，并且花旗集团也表示黄金能够维持涨势，但彭博的分析师预测，第四季度的黄金价格将出现下跌，因为经济增长将刺激已经屡创历史新高的美股继续走强。
帮助管理30亿美元资产的美国证券股份有限公司驻纽约首席市场策略师在7月29日说，部分人进入黄金市场是由于政治骚乱，但一旦长线基本面变得没什么帮助，这些人对黄金的买盘兴趣就会减弱。同时对利率走高和股市走强的预期将摧毁所有对黄金上涨的期望。
周三，在纽约COMEX市场，黄金期货下跌至1296.90美元/盎司。彭博22种原材料现货大宗商品指数下跌4.6%，而摩根士丹利资本国际全球股指上涨0.1%，为连续6个月走高。彭博的国债指数[0.04%]上涨了0.3%。7月黄金价格的低迷，部分是因为市场担心美联储将提高利率。美联储自2008年开始便通过放宽货币政策来刺激经济增长。周三，美联储将月度债券购买规模降至250亿美元，这是自去年11月以来美联储连续6个月每月削减债券购买规模100亿美元。
去年黄金价格下跌了28%，这是30年来最严重的一次。因通胀持续受到控制，美国经济出现复苏迹象，且股市上涨，一些投资者对黄金能保值失去了信心。在2013年反弹30%后，今年至今，标准普尔500指数上涨了6.6%，并在7月26日创下了纪录新高。今年到目前为止，518亿美元资金流入与美股挂钩的ETP，去年为流入2020亿美元。
据预测，第四季度黄金的平均价格预计为1252美元/盎司，比昨日收盘价低3.5%。纽约COMEX期货未平仓合约从今年的高点下降13%。今年，全球黄金ETPs的持仓今年下跌了29吨，巴克莱预计今年黄金持仓量的跌幅将触及100吨。2013年，因投资者抛出869吨黄金致黄金价格下跌，黄金ETP的价值蒸发超过730亿美元。
不过并不是所有人都相信黄金价格会继续如履薄冰。据美国期货交易委员会数据显示，在截止7月22日当周的过去7周，有6周基金经理都在押注黄金价格上涨。数据显示，期货及期权类黄金的净多头头寸达到136，120合约手，是2013年底时期的近4倍。
