美俄再起争端 黄金现货低位震荡

【行情回顾】
今早亚盘时段，金价走势出现冲高回落，现交投于1294附近。乌克兰局势暂时未进一步恶化使得短期内避险需求缺失，导致金价承压下行，而疲弱的美国经济数据以及持稳的基金持仓支撑金价，金价整体波动幅度有限。
【基本面分析】
虽然短期内乌克兰局势尚未出现明显的恶化迹象，但是事件平息估计还是遥遥无期。美国、俄罗斯、乌克兰和欧盟本月17日在日内瓦举行乌克兰问题四方会谈，四方同意采取切实步骤缓和乌克兰紧张形势，恢复安全稳定。当时有乐观分析认为“日内瓦共识”系突破性进展，但现在外界普遍认为，美俄分歧仍然巨大，“日内瓦共识”落实起来恐怕相当不易。
俄罗斯常驻联合国代表丘尔金暗示，是乌克兰方面未能落实“日内瓦共识”的有关内容。他同时继续批评基辅广场示威活动，并要求制止“极端主义活动”在乌境内的蔓延。
美英等国代表在会上还强烈要求无条件释放此前在乌东部被扣押的欧安组织军事核查人员。俄罗斯代表则指出，有关核查人员的身份地位问题没有在“日内瓦共识”的有关文件中获得确认。而俄罗斯总统普京29日就乌克兰局势再度发表评论，他说乌克兰目前所发生的事情和俄罗斯“并无因果关联”。普京还表示，在乌克兰制造事端的“正是西方国家自己”。由此看来，美俄打嘴炮还需要一段较长的时间，短期内预计乌克兰事件也难有新的进展。
【技术分析】
国际现货黄金周线上目前处于旗形整理阶段，在区间1180-1400美金/盎司之间盘整，目前短周期均线死叉下行，作为多空重要分水岭的MA60向下运行至1337美金/盎司附近，若成功站上MA60并站稳，中线多头有望，不过目前依然处于震荡下行趋势中短期有面临进一步遭受打压的趋势。

做多：开仓1285 止盈1296 止损1277
做空：开仓1298 止盈1290 止损1305
