巴克莱：上调2014年平均金价预估

巴克莱（Barclays）3月26日报告将2014年平均金价预估自每盎司1,205美元上调至1,250美元，主要因为金价今年以来的表现优于预期，但该行仍认为金价还会较目前水平下滑，巴克莱的最新预估认为2014年平均银价将为每盎司19美元。
巴克莱认为，中国大陆与印度的黄金需求是支撑金价的重要力量。其中，大陆已经在去年取代印度成为全球最大的黄金消费国，其黄金进口的增加抵消了西方黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）的投资卖盘；而印度去年严格限制黄金进口，但市场预期在今年春天的大选过后，限制措施或稍微放宽，此将成为支撑金市的力量。
在白银的部分，巴克莱预期今年白银产量将持续增长，多数来自于其他金属矿产的副产品产量，此也意味即使银价下跌，银产量也未必会跟着减少。
