行情回顾：欧洲时段，伦敦金进一步回落，从昨日高点至今金价跌幅超过40美元，银价也重回200日均线下方；美国经济数据参差不齐，并未对市场构成显著影响，ICE美元指数时段内小幅上涨0.1%，本周暂时低位整理。
【基本面】
地缘政治方面，俄罗斯总统普京已经签署法令承认克里米亚独立，距离俄罗斯正式接管克里米亚只有一步之遥，接下来只需等待俄罗斯议会的批准。西方国家制裁措施的力度低于市场普遍预期，美国和欧盟选择冻结部分俄罗斯高级官员的海外资产，但该措施毫无威慑力，据外媒报道制裁名单中的多数高级官员并不拥有海外资产。俄罗斯投资者风险厌恶情绪本周以来明显缓解，俄罗斯RTS指数日内上涨1.6%。美国和欧洲的行动令投资者产生怀疑，美欧可能不会在乌克兰问题上采取更加强硬的立场，尤其是欧盟，俄罗斯是欧洲最重要的能源出口国，对俄罗斯施加严厉的制裁可能威胁双边贸易，进而拖累处于复苏初期的欧洲经济。避险情绪降温打压金价下跌，本周累计跌幅超过40美元，更重要的是日图价格呈现破败1380的迹象，破败重要阻力意味着中期上行趋势面临反转风险。
美国通胀数据低于预期，2月CPI年率从1.6%回落至1.1%，市场预期为降至1.2%，核心CPI年率则维持在1.6%。劳工部报告指出，能源价格下滑是数据走弱的主要原因，汽油价格大幅回落抵消了燃料油和天然气价格上涨，并导致能源价格在2月份下滑0.5%。剔除能源和食品价格波动的核心CPI更能反应总体物价的长期趋势，也是美联储委员关键焦点之一，用核心CPI衡量的通胀膨胀仍维持低迷且明显低于央行长期目标。尽管美国经济复苏动能强劲，但通胀压力却异常温和，这也令笔者相信美联储将在更长时间内维持基准利率在零附近。美联储本周举行3月利率决议，预计FOMC进一步削减100亿美元QE，是否更新前瞻指引将成为市场焦点。ICE美元指数连续6周下跌，RSI逼近超卖区间，技术上存在反弹修正压力，若美元上行修正，可能对贵金属施加更多回调压力。
【技术分析】
金价在1380（2012年9月下行趋势线）受阻回落，空头正在测试10日均线支持，更下方支持关注20日均线1340，跌破1340将进一步回落至200日均线1300。
