政策限制 印度10月进口金银条减逾半

《Scrap Register》11月28日报导，印度珠宝首饰出口促进委员会（GJEPC）公布的数据显示，10月份金条与银条的进口额均较去年同期减少逾半，主要受到政府限制进口以控制经常帐赤字的影响。数据显示，印度10月份金条进口额年减50.15%至4.7727亿美元，4-10月金条进口额年减57.22%至29.6497亿美元。10月份银条进口额年减 61.23%至271万美元，4-10月银条进口额年减7.4%至2,591万美元。GJEPC本周稍早公布，印度今年4-10月金饰出口额年减55%至39.5亿美元，其中，10月的金饰出口额月减7%至6.0895亿美元，因政府此前推出的限制黄金进口等举措重创当地的珠宝行业。印度是全球最大的金饰市场，也是最大的金饰出口国，世界黄金协会（WGC）数据显示，2012年该国的金饰需求量为552公吨。印度最大黄金进口代理商–国营的印度金属与矿产贸易公司（Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India, MMTC）表示，自4月起的本财政年度，印度黄金进口量预估将年减41%至500公吨，主要是受到印度政府调高黄金进口关税，以及推出80/20黄金进口限制措施（进口黄金需有20%用于再出口）的影响。MMTC董事长D S Dhesi预估，4-9月的上半财年，印度的黄金进口量约为400公吨，而受到政府政策的影响，下半财年的进口量最多将只有100公吨。
路透社报导，俄罗斯外贸银行（VTB）11月28日表示，该行将开始对印度出口金条以及银条，以拓展该行在亚太地区的事业版图。VTB称也正在寻找亚洲其他正在崛起的贵金属市场，以把握今年以来实物黄金大规模向亚洲国家移动的潮流。世界黄金协会（World Gold Council）11月14日发表第三季黄金需求趋势报告指出，黄金由西向东转移仍在继续，亚洲市场正在吸收从西方ETF（交易所交易基金）减仓的黄金。报告指出，欧盟统计局的数据显示，1-8英国出口至瑞士的黄金年增10倍达到1,016.3公吨，其他数据则显示1-9月香港自瑞士进口黄金达到707公吨，而去年同期仅为127公吨。今年以来，全球前八大黄金ETF的减仓数量总计达到650公吨。
