格林斯潘：明年美国经济增速将比预期低

11月28日，前美联储主席格林斯潘(Alan Greenspan)表示，明年美国经济的增速可能要比市场上的预期低。他同时提出目前美国股市并没有泡沫存在。
格林斯潘认为，“(美国经济)微幅上扬，毫无疑问经济增长在加速，但是整体还是受到一定程度的压制。这些压制的来源是经济中存在持续不断的不确定性。” 格林斯潘对美国经济的增速预为“接近2%”，这低于市场上对美国经济增速为2.6%的预估。主要原因是美国经济受银行系统的拖累，一些大型银行并没有有效运行。
关于股市，格林斯潘表示，“据我所知，股市并没表现出有泡沫的迹象。股市有可能出现泡沫，但是我目前还未见到泡沫的存在。”
格林斯潘称，虽然美国股市现在不断上扬，但是美国的经济仍然受困于“一些不确定性”。另外，经济学家预计2014年美国经济增速为2.5%至3%，这有些过度乐观。
他认为股市并不存在泡沫。标普500指数年内上扬了27%，为1998年来最大年度升幅，主要是受到美联储宽松政策的支撑。格林斯潘认为，“长期而言，美国股市每年增长约7%左右，2007年10月来股市并没有出现较大上扬。我们的股市已经很多年都没有增长了。
